Using our patterns
Patterns and images on CrochetSmith are protected by copyright. You may print or download a pattern for your own use. You may make finished items from it to keep or give away. Selling finished items is not covered until we say so here. You may not copy, republish, resell or share the pattern text, PDFs or images, in whole or in part.
Pattern status and accuracy
Patterns marked Draft have not been test-stitched. Sizes, gauge and yarn amounts depend on your tension and materials, so make a swatch. If you find an error, use the contact page.
Safety
Toys with small parts, such as safety eyes, are not suitable for children under three. Embroider the features instead. You are responsible for judging what is suitable for the person you are making for.
Liability
Content is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, CrochetSmith is not liable for loss arising from its use.
This is a plain-language template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed, and decide your own position on selling finished items.
