Best for
Foundation rows, turning chains, spaces, loops and buttonholes.

How to work it

  1. Yarn over (wrap the yarn over the hook from back to front).
  2. Pull the yarn through the loop on the hook.

Tips

  • Keep chains loose. Tight chains make the foundation row pull in.
  • Count the V shapes on the front of the chain, not the loop on the hook.
  • Use a larger hook for the chain if your foundation row keeps pulling up.
